Denis Sokol

Denis Sokol is an engineer with a long-standing background in electronics and IT. He introduced the term “smart plug” in 2010 and has since focused on developing cellular-based solutions and cloud services for smart homes and industrial applications.

He holds two Master’s degrees — in Electronics Engineering and Industrial Management — and brings both technical and strategic expertise to the development of iSocket products.

Earlier in his career, Denis contributed to several technical publications, writing about new technologies, smart devices, and real-world applications.
